Fund Raising

Armstrong Ladies Lacrosse is participating in the following fundraising efforts:

Applebee's Breakfast

The Armstrong Ladies Lacrosse team will again host a breakfast at Applebees – this time in New Hope.  The date of the breakfast is on Saturday, April 24th from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.  Applebees cooks will be cooking up pancakes, eggs, and sausage, along with juice and coffee.This is our main fundraiser.  Players will be required to purchase five tickets for $6.00 each that they can sell or use.  Additional tickets can also be sold.

This is an easy fundraiser because it only requires a small time commitment and $5.00 of each breakfast goes to the team. Invite family, friends, and neighbors to join us for breakfast.  At least 12 players are needed to serve and 6 parents to supervise.

Car Wash

We are hosting a car wash at Cottonwood Plaza on Saturday, June 5th from 9:00 – 3:00. Besides washing cars, players will be soaking up the sun (hopefully!), hanging out with teammates, munching on snacks, and listening to tunes.  This fundraiser requires at least 30 players in three shifts of 10, with 4 adults to supervise in two shifts.

Web Site Advertising

We are looking for businesses to advertise on our web site.  Armstrong Ladies Lacrosse receives over 10,000 hits on the web site during the season from individuals who live, work and go to school in the community.  Information about how to order web advertising is now included in the 'Forms' section of our web site. 

Cub Bagging

Bagging groceries at Cub is a great way to let the community know about your team and solicit support.  Players bag groceries for customers and receive tips.  We are scheduled on Friday, May 28th from 4-9 p.m.  Money raised will go to next year's booster club fees for the players who worked.
