Minnesota-based girls/women’s lacrosse coach Bill Moir is going to have a lot of frequent flier miles by the end of the 2010 season.

Moir has stepped down as head coach at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., and taken over the women’s club program at Texas State University. Meanwhile, Moir will continue to coach the girls varsity high school team at Minnesota-based Robbinsdale Armstrong.

In 2009, Moir led St. Olaf to a 6-6 record and Robbinsdale Armstrong to an 11-6 record. He takes over a Texas State program that finished 11-2 last season, with both losses coming against Texas.
